The small, powerful UCO Clarus Lantern + Flashlight is one of the most lightweight, versatile lights you’ll ever own. Built for adventure, it’s reliable, convenient and sheds up to 118 lumens of light wherever you need it. Use it as a lantern and adjust the brightness to high, mid or dim—useful if battery power needs to be conserved—or push the head down and collapse it into a flashlight when you need a focused beam of light. Activate the strobe function in an emergency; the hanging hook makes hands-free operation a snap.

The hybrid design of the UCO Clarus telescopes into a frosted lantern for diffused light or collapses into a powerful, compact flashlight for more focused lighting. The versatile UCO Clarus can also be operated as an emergency strobe.

Go everywhere light
Bought this for camping approx 10 yrs ago. Bring it with me everywhere: camping, international travel, boating. simple and flexible. Light enough for backpacking with enough light to read. I am a fan.

Great little light
Ive owned one that I purchased for trekking, 10+ yrs ago. Here to buy 3 more today for my Dad and his spouse and to have an extra one for me. Pair with rechargeable batteries and youve got yourself a decent emergency light.

I LOVE this light; great for the car, the house, camping, backpacking, it is amazing!

Good useful reliable light
I bought 3 at once 2-3 years ago to use around the house for emergency light and camping. All still work, despite my kids constantly playing with them and often leaving them on for hours and days. I use these for backpacking and camping, and the lantern mode is useful for tents. I am about to buy more for vehicles and garage use.

Unreliable
This worked great the first few times I took it out, but has burned out after just three trips. Popped quiet a few new batteries in it and it still wont light.
